Rescheduling & Consultation Policy

At Prasadhak, our private wellness consultations are designed to give you focused, personalised guidance on aromatherapy, natural lifestyle choices, and holistic wellbeing. To ensure the best experience for everyone, please read our policy carefully before booking.

Before Your Session

• Quiet, private space: Please ensure you are in a calm, distraction-free environment for the full duration of the call.
• Stable internet connection: Sessions are conducted via WhatsApp call. Please test your connection beforehand.
• Be on time: Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

Rescheduling

• We understand that plans change. You may reschedule your session at no charge if you notify us at least 12 hours in advance.
• Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the session will be accommodated subject to availability and at our discretion.
• To reschedule, please email us at admin@prasadhak.com or reach out via WhatsApp with your booking details.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a store credit or rescheduling at no extra charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
• All refund and cancellation decisions are at the sole discretion of Prasadhak management.

Our consultations provide natural lifestyle guidance and holistic aromatherapy suggestions based on your individual needs and goals. Please note:

• These sessions are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Always consult your physician or a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
• Prasadhak consultants are wellness guides, not licensed medical practitioners.
