  • Question: Is it mandatory to create an account on your website?
  • Answer: Yes! For security reasons and to keep your details safe you have to create an account to shop with us. By registering to our website, you will be able to rate and review products, and avail exclusive offers and discounts too.

 

  • Question: Can I leave items in my shopping bag for future purchase?
  • Answer: Yes, you can leave items in your shopping bag, if you have an account with us. However, there is a possibility that the price and availability of these products may change with time. Also, any offer on the product may expire from the time you added it to your shopping bag.

 

  • Question: How do I place an order on your website?
  • Answer: It’s quite simple to place an order on our website. Follow the steps below.
    Sign Up > Add item to cart > Checkout > Pay > Get order confirmation email

 

  • Question: Can I buy multiple products in a single order?
  • Answer: Of course! Add all the products that you wish to buy on to your shopping bag and then click on the “checkout” button.

 

  • Question: Do you ship the products to an address that is different from my billing address?
  • Answer: Yes! You will need to enter your address as the “billing address” and the address you wish to ship your order to, as the “shipping address”.

 

  • Question: What is the range of locations to which you ship your products?
  • Answer: We ship across India, unless there is no courier/ post office situated in your area.

 

  • Question: How can I track my shipment?
  • Answer: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email displaying the tracking number and details of the courier company that will dispatch your order.

 

  • Question: Do you ship outside India?
  • Answer: Only for Bulk Orders – email us at admin@prasadhak.com

 

  • Question: What is your product cancellation policy before shipment?
  • Answer: If you wish to cancel your purchase before the products have been shipped, you can connect with us by referring to the particulars in the Contact Us page. We will cancel the order and refund your money within 24-48 business hours. If the shipment has left – we will not be able to cancel the order.

 

  • Question: What is your product cancellation policy after shipment?
  • Answer: Cancellation is not allowed for our products, once they are shipped. If you wish to cancel your purchase after the products have been shipped, due to damage/ mishandling – you can connect with us by referring to the particulars in the Contact Us page. There is a possibility that the delivery service provider may still deliver your product. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours after receiving and checking the product condition. Only the purchase amount will be refunded (taxes and freight charges will be deducted from the amount)
